This is for any freckled beauty that wants a more polished look, but has a hard time wearing makeup without it completely covering your gorgeous freckles! Ditching your heavy foundation and keeping your freckles front & center is simple with these tips:
Keep coverage minimal…
Keeping coverage minimal, especially when and where it’s not needed is a super easy and helpful way to show off those freckles without going makeup-less.
A tinted moisturizer or lightweight foundation will help to even out your skin tone & tone down redness without masking your natural skin. Apply it all over your face evenly for the best results!

Use a concealer…
Using a concealer in specific places, only where needed, like under the eyes, in discolored areas & on top of blemishes while leaving the rest of the face as natural as possible really helps to achieve this look and not sacrifice confidence and let your freckles shine!
Set your face…
Setting your face and makeup with a translucent powder not only helps give your look longevity, but it also doesn’t give you any unwanted additional coverage that will, in turn, dull your freckles.
Want to further highlight your freckles?
If you want your freckles to stand out just a bit more, here’s a favorite tip of mine: wet the tip of a pointed eyeliner brush & then tap it into a light brown eyeshadow. Lightly apply that on top of your freckles to make them POP!
Melissa had the most amazing freckles and with just the right amount of makeup applied in all the right places, it really helped her freckles to become the star of the show while still leaving her feeling confident and beautiful!
